We thought we would trim the front Caragana. Only, they are nearly 15’ high. We had grand plans of standing in the back of the Pup and reaching up with the hedge trimmers. What seemed to work was Alan pushing/pulling the longest branches and Cori trimming. We made little headway.
Alan suggested his chainsaw and he deadheaded from the bottom. We took several hundred cuttings to plant around the acreage later this week. Right now, they are soaking in water in four large fife gallon pails in the back of the Pup.
Also, Felix chased the resident Jacket Rabbit 20 feet and Maggie stayed outside and supervised.
