Cori’s sharp eyes spotted two humps in the garden edge of the geothermal field.

Moose!

We spotted them at light but they ran off over the snow drift to the north and rambled off across the field to the east.

The feature photo shows where they ran away. We thought the idea of having moose was positive (keep coyotes away?) but also saw them chewing lots of buds in the choke cherry.

Have not seen them since.
